Aug 10th, 2024 - The Blazing Saddles ride is our alternative/warm-up to the Hotter than Hell 100 ride.

We will be starting at The Bridge Church (7731 E 119th Dr, Bixby OK, 74008).

*** We will not be serving alcohol drinks, we were ask that no alcohol drinks on church property.

Blazing Saddles Suicide Prevention seeks to support and raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. We believe there is hope and a future for those who are struggling. Join us in the fight for life. Ride a bike, save a life!

This ride is a gran fondo event offering several distances to accommodate all abilities who wish to support the cause.

Bike rides start at 7:30 am
-13 mile route - up right bikes and tadpol trikes
- 29 mile route - up right bikes - and tadpol trikes
-40mile route - bicycles and tadpol trike
-63 mile route - bicycles and trikes
-107 miles - sub 5 hours - For "Sub 5 hour" century riders, a custom jersey can be purchased for $39 dollars
-104 miles - over 5 hours - For any "first time" century riders, a custom jersey can be purchased for $29 dollars

Riders will tour the beautiful backcountry of northwest Oklahoma. For convenience, riders will pick their five-card poker hand after crossing the finish line. Cards will be specially marked and stamped with the participant’s bib number. Riders will, however, be able to pick up two bonus play cards at specially marked rest stops along the routes. Rest stops will be stationed approximately every 15 to 20 miles and will provide snacks, beverages. Sag support is offered as well.

Custom event t-shirts will free with each paid athlete. The design will be posted at a later date.
