Online registration is open until Thursday September 5, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.

Pre-packet pickup and In-person registration is available from 3pm to 7pm on September 5, 2024 at the Farm Brewery at Broad Run.

In-person Registration is available at pre-packet pickup on September 6 and on event day, September 7 beginning at 6:30am. Fee increases to $100.

Thank you for choosing to support our event and the Warrior Families we serve. Although you do not need to fundraise to take part in this event, we do encourage you to set up a fundraising page and even a fundraising team on our PledgeReg site. Every dollar raised goes to direct support for our Warrior Families. Those who raise over $50 will receive a special Warrior Ride gift!

As in years past, our top priority is for everyone to have a safe, compliant, and enjoyable day of cycling. In deciding to join in for the Warrior Ride, we ask you to consider your riding experience. As a reminder, this is an open course event where roads are open to vehicular traffic. If you are not comfortable riding alongside cars and other cyclists, we suggest you visit our website for other 2024 events by copying the following address into your browser: www.willingwarriors.org.

Please know we are placing extra measures to enhance the safety of the event. However, each of us is still responsible for his/her own actions and we can only control what we can control, which is ourselves.

Only REGISTERED Riders, wearing a Warrior Ride numbered bib, will be allowed on the course or at Rest Stops. Riders will be identified with a numbered colored bib. A wrist band given to you at registration will have the SAG Support and Emergency Phone numbers.

Timeline:
6:30 am - Registration opens & Breakfast is served
7:45 am - Start Metric & Gravel Routes
9:00 am - Start Half Metric
10:00 am - Start 13 mile riders: Honor the Flag
11:00 am - Lunch Opens
2:00 pm - Last Bikes MUST be Off the Road

Friends and Family are welcome to join us on event day as the Brewery WILL be open! Meal and beverage tickets will be available for purchase at $17/ticket until we reach capacity.
